Learning these fundamental aspects of life whilst they are young! Here at Releve’ Life, this is our dream. This is why our aim is to get our iheart Program (Innate Health Education And Resilience Training) and other similar wellbeing programs in front of as many children as quickly as possible. At Relevé Life, we hold a special belief in the power of “relevé” – a ballet move where dancers rise onto their tiptoes. It symbolises reaching new heights. Our key calling is to help young people unlock their full potential and guide them towards their destined paths. To empower the younger generation to recognise their inner strengths, navigate life’s challenges, and realise that they have the necessary resources within themselves. Together, we can help them thrive.
As parents, we understand the challenges that children face in today’s complex world. That’s why we offer personalised one-on-one sessions at our wellbeing centre, or through online platforms, designed to help children navigate school, friendships, family dynamics, mental health issues, and the general ups and downs of tween/teenage years.
At Relevé Life, we go beyond simply providing therapy. We aim to help children understand who they are, what they are going through, and why they think, feel, and behave the way they do. By exploring the workings of their minds and emotions, we empower them with self-awareness, hope, and the tools to build better relationships.
Serving as a guide and mentor during their changing years, we provide a safe and supportive space where children can freely express themselves, knowing they will be heard and understood. Our focus is not on diagnosing what is wrong with them, but on highlighting what is truly great about them. Through genuine care and attentive listening, we foster a sense of trust and connection, giving children the support and encouragement they need to navigate life’s roller coaster.
We invite you, as a parent, to take that uplifting step with us. Let Relevé Life be a trusted partner in your child’s emotional wellbeing journey. Together, we can help your child gain a deeper understanding of themselves. Our personalised sessions offer a listening ear, compassionate support, and practical guidance, ensuring that your child feels seen, heard, and empowered.

iheart Program (Innate Health And Resilience Training – founded in the UK in 2016)
We provide a fun and playful environment for youth to learn about their psychological systems and the tools they have to navigate life’s gifts and its ups and downs.
The iheart Principles program is designed to provide valuable insights and guidance to children and teenagers, aged 9 to 18 years. Based on the transformative 3-Principles framework, Mind, Consciousness, and Thought, this evidence based curriculum-based program aims to support young individuals in understanding their innate resilience, wellbeing, and mental health.
The program helps participants gain a deeper understanding of how their own thinking influences their perception, emotions, and overall experience of life. The curriculum focuses on empowering young individuals to navigate challenges, foster healthy relationships, manage stress, and make sound choices.
Led by iheart Principles facilitators who have undergone specialised training, the program offers a safe and non-judgmental space for young participants to explore their inner world, ask questions, and engage in meaningful discussions. Through interactive activities, discussions, and reflection, participants develop a greater sense of self-awareness, resilience, and compassion. Workshops, group activities, and reflective exercises are designed to engage and inspire children.
We delve into how thoughts, emotions, and behaviors are interconnected, helping them understand their unique patterns. Through this education, we aim to decrease anxiety, depression, and other mental health issues that are increasingly prevalent in society. By starting this learning process early on, we envision a brighter future for our children, happier families, and a more harmonious society.
If you’re a teacher, parent, or guardian interested in learning more about the iheart program, we invite you to leave your details here and one of our facilitators will be in touch.
Together, we can make a difference.
“The iheart program gives young people a roadmap, signposts and a compass so that they know which road they are traveling on, and a way to re-route when they find they are off track.” iheart Principles
