Learning in a team environment offers significant advantages, with the potential for a profound impact. The bonds formed through shared learning experiences, exploring new possibilities together, and supporting one another throughout the program and beyond, bring the group closer.
Having a greater understanding of each other and compassion towards one another through understanding one’s own emotions.
Focussing on prevention rather than reactive measures, we ensure innate qualities are highlighted to guide and support during challenging times. We help young people understand why they think, feel, and behave as they do and equip them with the tools they need to build healthy, resilient, and psychologically stable lives.
Relevé Life can tailor the needs of each school to suit requirements, restraints and considerations. We work closely with teachers, principals and school staff to ensure that our program complements and enhances their existing educational efforts. Collaborating with public and private primary schools and secondary schools.
Our vision is to make preventative mental health education a standard part of the school curriculum and clubs, reaching thousands of young people across Australia. In unfortunate times, with the mental health crisis for our youth on the dramatic incline it shouldn’t be a optional focus but a must have in all schools and clubs.
Together, we can help the next generation develop the skills and mindset they need to create a better world for themselves and others.
Reach out to the Relevé Life team for further information, we would be happy to come and visit and demonstrate some of our programs.

iheart is a registered charity that supports young people, parents, schools and educators by providing a range of specialised courses and programmes on mental health education, resilience and wellbeing.
The iheart programme gives young people a roadmap, signposts and a compass so that they know which road they are traveling on, and a way to re-route when they find they are off track.
The iheart Principles program is designed to provide valuable insights and guidance to children and teenagers, ages 9 to 18. Based on the transformative 3 Principles framework, Mind, Consciousness, and Thought, this curriculum-based program aims to support young individuals in understanding their innate resilience, wellbeing, and mental health.
The program helps participants gain a deeper understanding of how their own thinking influences their perception, emotions, and overall experience of life. The curriculum focuses on empowering young individuals to navigate challenges, foster healthy relationships, manage stress, and make sound choices.
Led by iheart Principles facilitators who have undergone specialised training, the program offers a safe and non-judgmental space for young participants to explore their inner world, ask questions, and engage in meaningful discussions. Through interactive activities, discussions, and reflection, participants develop a greater sense of self-awareness, resilience, and compassion. Workshops, group activities, and reflective exercises are designed to engage and inspire children.
We delve into how thoughts, emotions, and behaviors are interconnected, helping them understand their unique patterns.. Through this education, we aim to decrease anxiety, depression, and other mental health issues that are increasingly prevalent in society. By starting this learning process early on, we envision a brighter future for our children, happier families, and a more harmonious society.
Based on data collected from anonymous pre- and post-programme participant surveys, the evidence base for iheart’s impact continues to grow…
